TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
The following general terms and conditions are the basis for every business relationship with Move Mountains AG. Any change must be made in writing. When placing the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
We supply companies, clubs, associations and institutions. We do not deliver individual orders to private individuals.
Prices
The prices on our website and in our catalogs are guide prices. The prices indicated may vary depending on the order quantity and finishing technology. Especially for very small quantities, the prices can be higher due to technical reasons. You will receive an individual offer before placing an order. This offer is subject to change until the order is placed. An order is only binding after our written order confirmation. Only the prices and specifications on the offer and order confirmation are binding. Prices are excl. the statutory VAT.
Transportation Costs
From an order value of CHF 1,000 (excl. VAT), transport to an address in Switzerland is included. Freight costs will be charged for orders below CHF 1,000 or for deliveries abroad.
Minimum Order Quantities
Basically there are no minimum order quantities with us. However, due to production-related reasons, minimum quantities may arise for some products. This can be the case especially for custom-made products.
Template
If you order, you can receive an original sample in advance free of charge. When placing an order without a sample, ordering from the homepage or catalog, no later defects regarding quality will be accepted.
If the customer orders a sample, the sample costs (target price according to the catalog) plus shipping costs will be charged in the event of no order.
Print Templates
In order to implement your logo on our products, we need data from the desired templates. If you cannot provide the data in the required formats, we will be happy to process them for you. Processing time up to 1 hour is included as a service. If we have to process the data more intensively, we charge CHF 150 per hour.
Rights
Move Mountains produces the ordered products according to the order. The liability for the order lies exclusively with the customer / customer. Move Mountains assumes no liability for the rights, copyrights, use and rights of logos used and the like. Any liability for the use of logos and rights, including those of third parties, and any associated lawyer and advisory fees are expressly excluded.
In the event of late deliveries or quality-related complaints, no liability whatsoever for damage or damage claims, also from third parties, is excluded. Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the order and does not release the customer from the payment obligation.
Production Release
An order placed is binding upon our customer's approval of our "good for execution". Any subsequent changes will be charged according to actual costs and will extend the originally specified delivery time.
In the case of special designs, you will always receive an original sample for approval. When ordering standard items, you will receive a "Good to execute" after ordering. This is usually done in digital form. Upon request, you can receive an original sample for viewing, but without your logo (see sample). If you would like an original sample including your logo, this will be charged at a flat rate of CHF 150.
Quality / Delivery
Slight deviations in colors and shapes from catalog or homepage photos may occur and are not grounds for complaint (unless a pms color has been expressly ordered)
Our quality control is carried out according to the MIL STD 105E standards. These define the acceptable quality levels and standards.
Any complaints must be received by us in writing within 10 working days of delivery. Later complaints cannot be considered. If the complaint is justified, we are entitled to rectification, replacement delivery or price reduction. Any liability for lost profits, damage to the image and the like, including from third parties, is expressly excluded.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due without deductions within 14 days. A deposit may be required for custom-made products or orders from new customers. This is agreed individually. Customers without a sufficient credit reference will only be supplied against prepayment. The client is liable for the payment of the bill.
In the event of late or non-payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest equal to Glarner Kantonalbank's current overdraft interest as well as any operational and legal costs. A payment is only considered to have been made when we can dispose of the amount. The goods remain the property of Move Mountains AG until full payment has been made.
Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction and place of performance for both parties is Glarus.
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding international conventions and conventions.
